What really does Chris Giwa want from the Nigerian Football Federation? Does he want to become NFF President by all means? Do Giwa and his ilk not realise that their recalcitrant attitude could cause Nigeria a ban from FIFA on all football events? Just last year, Giwa took this matter to the Court of Arbitration in Zurich. He lost the case, only for him to come home to resuscitate the same case in our local court.
FIFA statue forbids football related crisis adjudicated locally. FIFA says it recognises only the Amaju Pinnick-led NFF. Will someone appeal to Giwa to put his ambition on hold, because FIFA is not even ready to do business with him.
