Distribution of election materials started around 7:38am at Kabusa Ward of Abuja Munipal Area Council of the FCT.
The INEC officials and the ad-hoc staff arrived early for the exercise.
As of 7:59, some buses conveying INEC staff and materials have started departing for various polling units in Lugbe.
The exercise was being conducted peacefully as of the time of filing this report with agents of political party and security operatives fully involved.
