HOW TO MAKE COLESLAW WITH DRIED FRUIT

sliced Cabbage
Handful grated Carrots
Spring Onion/red onoins
1 tbsp Currants
About 1 tbps Mayonnaise
For extra sweetness add 1 cube sugar or honey or pureed date to taste.
Method
Combine the sliced, carrots, cabbage, the dried currant and onions.
Mix the mayonnaise and sugar.
Add the mayonnaise to the dish of vegetables and combine well.
Store in the refrigerator to keep produce from going bad rapidly.
