The Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) and the Poland Chamber of Commerce (PCC) yesterday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during the Nigeria-Polish Business Forum held in Lagos. The MoU also rekindled the moribund business relationship existing between Nigeria and Poland since 1961 when the two nations first signed a bilateral trade agreement. The Executive Chairman, Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), Mr. Muhammad Nami, yesterday disclosed that the country’s tax-to-GDP ratio increased to 10.86 per cent in 2021, compared to about six per cent in the past 12 years.
