A Federal High Court, Abuja, on Tuesday, admitted Sen. Rochas Okorocha to bail in the sum of N500 million with one surety in like sum. Justice Inyang Ekwo, in a ruling, said granting bail was a discretionary power of the court. The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) says it has arrested one Obinna Igbo, for allegedly importing fake malaria drug, Amanta Forte.
