Federal government has issued an order to stop payment of salaries of the resident doctors in the country who embarked on nationwide strike last Monday. Authorities in Switzerland are investigating two UEFA employees, who have since been dismissed, over allegations that they received kickbacks, the prosecutor of the Vaud canton said on Friday, confirming reports in the Swiss daily Blick. The Lagos House of Assembly, has amended the state Pension Law for former governors and other political office holders, reducing their benefits and emoluments by 50 per cent.
