The House of Representatives has kicked against the possibility of enacting a new Constitution or re-enacting the 1963 Constitution also known as the Republican Constitution for Nigeria. Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project has sent an “Urgent Appeal” to the Secretary-General of the Commonwealth, Patricia Scotland QC, over the suspension of Twitter in Nigeria.
