The Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Ibrahim Muhammad, is presiding over a seven-man panel to hear the appeal of the former Imo State Governor, Hon. Emeka Ihedioha, seeking a review of the apex court verdict that removed him from office on January 14. As part of efforts to enhance girl-child education in Katsina State, the state government has enrolled 1,274,185 girls in primary and secondary school across the state. The state Commissioner, Ministry of Education, Prof. Badamasi Charanchi, who disclosed this Tuesday while presenting a paper titled: “The Situation of Teaching and Learning in Katsina State” at a workshop in Katsina, said the government has achieved a lot in ensuring the enrollment of girls in schools.
