The news of Jose Mourinho’s sacking as Manchester United manager is beginning to settle down among the football community. The Portuguese was axed from his post on Tuesday morning after overseeing a woeful tenure at Old Trafford. Real Madrid wants to give Jose Mourinho a route back into football in the summer. The Spanish giants are looking to replace Santiago Solari, who they only appointed as their head coach last month, when the season comes to a conclusion. The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) says Nigeria, and West and Central Africa face “disruptive and destabilising” new trends regarding drug trafficking, drug use and other crimes. The Executive Director of UNODC, Mr Yury Fedotov, said this while briefing the UN Security Council session, presided by Côte d’Ivoire. The briefing was the council’s first thematic meeting on ‘Drug Trafficking and its Threat to Stability, Peace and Security’, since December 2013.
