According to a report by AS, Real Madrid may pay less than other European clubs for Manchester City striker Erling Haaland. While the release clause in Haaland’s contract is said to be worth €200 million for other Premier League clubs, Real Madrid’s offer is reportedly “much closer to 100 million than 200”.
Haaland, who joined City in 2022 and scored 52 goals in his debut season, has a contract until 2027 but there are rumors of an exit clause that could be activated by teams outside of England.
Real Madrid is reportedly eyeing Haaland as a potential target in the upcoming transfer window.
