Chelsea attacker, Kai Havertz, has questioned the club’s decision to sack Thomas Tuchel as the Blues manager.
Chelsea sacked Tuchel last year and appointed Graham Potter, who was sacked last month.
The West London club temporarily put Frank Lampard as interim manager until the end of the current season and is close to appointing Mauricio Pochettino as their next permanent manager.
“The season actually started relatively quiet even though we had a change of ownership, which was a big change for the whole club,” Havertz told Sky Germany.
“And then Thomas Tuchel was fired, which of course, always makes a big difference in a team like this when you have been successful with a coach and then he gets fired out of nowhere.”
Meanwhile, Chelsea is currently in 12th position in the Premier League table ahead of their Premier League tie with Arsenal on Tuesday night.
