Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta, has said their games against Manchester City in the FA Cup and Premier League will be “different” matches.
The Gunners travel to the Etihad at the end of January to face City in the fourth round of the FA Cup.
Then in the middle of February, they welcome the champions in the league, in a clash that could influence the title race this season.
“It is what it is. That happens, and you have to play the same teams in different competitions, and I will try to prepare for the game to win it, obviously.
“That game [vs City in FA Cup] will be very different to the game that is in the league, but we know each other really well.
“Every team knows each other really well and I don’t think that will change too much,” Arteta said.
