Manchester United have been handed a huge injury boost for their Premier League showdown with Liverpool.
Having been rated as doubtful for the Old Trafford contest, Bruno Fernandes has teamed up with the United squad and was, subsequently, pictured on arrival at their pre-match Lowry Hotel base.
Marcus Rashford has also been captured on camera around the hotel; offering another fitness boost to his manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer ahead of Sunday’s huge clash.
During a midweek comeback win over Atalanta, the England forward – who underwent shoulder surgery during the summer – had to be taken off with a dead leg.
That came after he had set the ball rolling on another night of European magic underneath the Old Trafford lights, Rashford scoring his second goal in as many outings.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka and David de Gea both checked in to The Lowry Hotel.
Harry Maguire and Cristiano Ronaldo went on to complete a sensational turnaround.
Speaking about the Portuguese star during his pre-match press conference, Solskjaer said: “Games like Wednesday night are always going to bring knocks and bruises and we do have two or three carrying knocks from that game. I’ll give everyone time, I hope I can pick from a fully fit squad, I might be without two or three.
