Super Eagles head coach Jose Peseiro is not revealing who his first-choice goalkeeper will be for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
Peseiro has added Chippa United goalkeeper Stanley Nwabili to the squad for the tournament. Alongside Nwabili, Francis Uzoho and Olorunleke Ojo are the other goalkeepers on the team. All three goalkeepers played in the team’s friendlies against Al Gharib and Guinea.
Peseiro stated that he will make a decision on who will start against Equatorial Guinea in the team’s opening game on Sunday
