The Supreme Court has upheld the victory of Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf as the Governor of Kano State in the 2023 election.
The ruling was made after a challenge by the All Progressives Congress and its candidate, Alhaji Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna.
The Court of Appeal had previously nullified Yusuf’s victory.
