Flying Eagles head coach, Ladan Bosso has extended invitation to 12 foreign-based players as the team stepped preparations for the 2023 FIFA U-20 World Cup.
The foreign professionals are expected to start joining the local stars in camp starting from next week.
Victor Eletu (AC Milan), Ebenezer Akinsanmiro (Inter Milan) and Abel Ogwuche, who plays for Swedish club Trelleborgs are some of the players on the list.
Olympic Eagles defender, Michael Ologo, Arsenal’s Joel Ideho and Norwich City’s Kenny Coker will also join the squad.
The Flying Eagles will face five-time winners, Brazil, Italy and debutants Dominican Republic in Group D at the World Cup to be hosted by Argentina.
The competition will run from May 20 to June 11.
