I have watched this video a couple of times, and I still haven’t seen any sense in it. To even see the people, the electorates raising up their hands and repeating the words after him shows the pathetic situation that we face in this country when it comes to people holding politicians accountable. Honestly speaking, I do not blame the politicians for our woes in Nigeria. I simply blame the people who sometimes give away their rights and powers to politicians and then are abused at the end of the day.

If we don’t change our thinking as a people, if we don’t come to the full realization that the true power actually belong to us and not to these politicians, I think we would just continue to be perpetually be enslaved by them. To see the people chorusing the prayers is so annoying. Oshiomhole that they should have petted with stones and pure water until he loses his sight and be led away from that stage, not seeing again until probably after the elections, is the one asking the people to repeat after him.
It is such a shame really.
