Do you want to remain forever young? Do you want to remain perpetually beautiful? Do you want your beauty never to be subjected to the law of diminishing return; free from wrinkles, stretch marks and other things that can make beauty fade away? Are you having a feeling of rejection because people avoid you? Do you feel like giving up because you find it difficult to attract people? If your answer is yes, then stick around with me. You may feel like the miss world or you have won one or two beauty contests in the past; and you think there is nothing more to talk or learn about beauty, then you are the most eligible person to benefit from this piece. Or perhaps; you feel you are a man and you don’t need beauty for anything; as a matter fact, this write up is also for you.
Usually, when we see beautiful people, we often likened them to angels. When a lady is very beautiful; we usually describe the person as a beautiful angel. My focus today would be about how to look extremely beautiful like an angel or even more than an angel. I would be showing you how to acquire the beauty that people cannot gainsay. I am sure you are also curious to know. If you do, then let’s begin the journey together.
What does it take to be beautiful? What are the factors to consider when judging the beauty of a person? In our contemporary society today, it is difficult to know the original beauty of people because there are lots of artificial things people use to enhance their beauty.
It is often said that beauty lies in the face of the beholder. Some say beauty comes from the inside-out, some say beauty is when you can appreciate yourself and others. There are so many perceptions and views about beauty and am sure that you would agree with me that these statements are all true. But as truthful as these statement may sound; beauty I have observed and concluded, to be also associated with excellence and perfection. Beauty is described as a combination of qualities, such as shape, colour, or form, that pleases the aesthetic senses, especially the sight. Considering these definitions, I have come to realize that beauty is more than a face value; it is something that comes from within and appears on the outside.
So, there would be judgmental bias if I say beauty is only on the face. In other to strike a balance; I must strongly emphasize here that a man or woman who is calm and all smiles is beautiful, a man or woman who is loving, gentle, peaceful, suffers long is beautiful. A man or woman who has self control and is full of goodness and kindness is a beautiful person. All these virtues come from the inside and it reflects on the outside; thereby giving you a glow that men can never resist.
A lot of times, people go out of their way to look beautiful in other to gain social acceptance from friends, colleagues and associates yet, people still stay aloof from them. That could be quite painful, isn’t it? There is a secret to overcoming all that. And I implore you to read patiently as we uncover the secret of beauty with me. My focus is how to look beautiful on the inside without adding anything artificial and still be highly sort after by people.
I would like us to examine the book of Acts 6:15. It says: “All who were sitting in the Sanhedrin looked intently at Stephen, and they saw that his face was like the face of an angel.” Beauty is often associated with angels. From the Scripture we just examined, when the Sanhedrin looked at Stephen, the only impression they had was that of an angel. Not just one person but all the people had a unanimous conclusion “he is an angel”. There must be something they saw for them to arrive at such a conclusion.
When men meet you or look at you; whether great or small, what do they see? Can you confidently affirm that you have given them the impression of an angel or you would like to read through before you answer this question? Before I continue, I would like us to evaluate ourselves as we answer the following questions together: What are the characteristics of an angel? Who are they? What do they do? Where are they from, and what do we expect when we meet an angel?
An angel is a spiritual being believed to act as an attendant agent, or messenger of God, conventionally represented in human form. Another meaning is: an angel is a person of exemplary conduct or virtue. Angels are associated with goodwill messages (glad tidings, Luke1:19). Angels encourage, angels are Ministering Spirits; angels emphasize our strengths irrespective of our current situation or what we think about ourselves. See what the angel spoke to Gideon “you mighty man of valor”. This is what it means to be beautiful: to build, encourage and influence others to represent God wherever we find ourselves, to enforce His purpose and counsel on earth. Our words seasoned with grace, our lights shine for all men to see; in attitude and character. This is the secret to beauty. Do you possess these qualities? What will be your answer?
There is a personality that can give you the makeup material you need to look and behave good. The secret to getting beautiful, both on the inside and outside, I have discovered is by making God your mirror and the Holy Spirit your facial makeup .What do I mean by that? Look at God and carry His identity since God reigns from everlasting to everlasting. It means His beauty does not fade away. It will be wise to be the replica of He who has made you in His own Image and Likeness, who has created you wonderfully and fearfully, and the only way we can do this is to receive and yield more to the Holy Spirit.
There is no limit to how beautiful we can become. Let us examine the following Scriptures. 2 Corinthians 3:18 says: “But we all, with unveiled face beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory just as the Spirit of God.” That tells you that the more you look into the Scriptures, the more the glory and the beauty of God radiates in your life and around you. Prayer also, is very key. It has been proven to be highly effective. Ephesians 6:18 says: “Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the spirit.”
Also, Jude 1:20 tells us: “Build yourself on your most holy faith and pray in the Holy Ghost.” Prophet Isaiah said God gives beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness (Isaiah 61:3a). All these have been proven to be the source of true beauty. I pray that as you follow these steps, God will give you the beauty that you wish for and desires; AMEN.
