    Akinwale Akindiya Ayilara O Oluwaseunfunmi,I feel your pain.There are “career” pastors and leaders in the church now.The Shepherd is aware of them,that is why He said “let them grow together” till the day of harvest.Having said that,I spent a year on the mission field.I can tell you that some of the experience they exposed you to were very necessary.The mission field is no joke.There was a day I literally trekked from morning till sunset(about 12 hours match) among other hardships.

My experience was not so different from yours but for the fact that it extended even to open church after RCBC. Christ was right when he wondered if any would be left whenever he returned

    Nnannah Obiageri Nkechi i cant understand RCCG as a whole even thou i attend one of their parishes that has helped my faith and spiritually grow tremendously and i cant deny that fact. but the thing that goes on in the church only God can save. if all these can happen even under the watch of the general overseer then i think more has to be done pls. i cant understand why such brutality in doing the work of God. sometimes i wonder really what christainity has in stock for us. let God’s ways and will prevail in all these atrocities.

    Stephen Dayo I am not surprised at all about everything in Ayilara O. Oluwaseunfunmi’s story. Many things have gone wrong with Christianity and this is just one out of many.
    What the church really is and how it should be practiced are very clear from Acts of the Apostles chapter 2 through the Epistles.
    But the church has not recovered till date from the biggest accident she had during Constantine the great.
    The church started so well and continued very fine for the first 200 to 300 years of her existence. No theological school, no seminaries, no mission school, no Bible School etc, yet the church then is a million times better than the one we have now with all these human institutions.
    God has been putting up with these systems for long and because He is God; nothing can hinder Him from fulfilling His plans and purposes. He has worked through most of these human establishments, but that does not make them right. It’s just like the case of Moses when God told him to speak to the rock but he struck the rock. Real water came out because God, inspite of Moses’ disobedience must fulfill His plan to give the people water. Mind you, Moses paid dearly for it.
    Because God has been managing to work in and through these man made systems doesn’t make them right and doesn’t mean God does not have the original plan and patterns.
    God has begun His last harvest. He is pointing the hearts of men all over the world to His original planned and pattern church. They are called the remnants and God is miraculously connecting them to one another.
    These human systems will continue to exist and will even continue to grow worst, but God in the underground will continue to work out His plans.
    He who has eyes to see the direction God is going should better join the train.
    As for Ayilara O. Oluwaseunfunmi, please be restored to the faith. The comments on your post are enough for you to get up again. Please rise, forgive all who have hurt you and enjoy your liberty in Christ. Let the devil be put to shame.

    However, you can’t kill a mosquito with a sledge hammer. That will amount to an overkill.    Calling that institution “Demonic” is an overkill.

    Isaac Tarnaha You cannot be born again at the theological college. If you are not before going in there you will graduate worst up. It is a place of deep theological exercises. Many become confused on touching deep thoughts.

    Nnanna Uma Every Pastor, whether RCCG, Catholic or Presbyterian is taught to swim through the tides of Church Politics, and to graduate as a trained Pastor, you must have learnt the cruel sides of a system that’s built on lies.

    So reading your post doesn’t come to me as a surprise. Let any trained Pastor who reads this tell you he or she didn’t witness the dirty deals, blackmails, treachery, and utter wickedness at school. In fact, it’s clearly the survival of the fittest, and under these conditions, I rose through the ranks to came up tops.

    I’ve seen it all and that’s why I boldly write and openly challenge any Pastor, theologian or Christian to tell me why the Church is not a scam.

    Your awakening has only just begun. Wait until these first clouds settle. Then you’d see the antagonism, and treachery from those who broke bread with you at Church. Wait until they start seeing revelations of how many demons you have and how their God revealed your fall long before you wrote these very words.

    Yet, this same God was and continues to remain silent as the Clergy fight and kill each other, making merchandise of the gospel they boldly declare as the Word of God.

    But it’ll only take a while, a little while and you’ll see the Truth, the Truth that sets us free. The Truth that we are the Gods and the Devils we preach about, and that the Church is just a business centre built on the idea of conquering the weak with the fears of an Angry God.
