A former stripper aiming to become a candidate in the French presidential election, Cindy Lee, opted to campaign topless, The Local France reports.
The 52-year-old was arrested by police for going topless while handing out flyers in her quest to become the presidential candidate of the Pleasure Party.
According to the report, Lee decided to go topless at the French parliament as an example of what “transparency” is like.
“We are here to demand transparency when it comes to corruption, and this outfit justifies transparency,” she was quoted as saying, while pointing at the tassles that covered her nipples.
She was, however, arrested by the around 30 riot police officers at the scene.
